What is Kids on 45th?
Kids on 45th is a real store, on 45th Street! We’re in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. We’ve been around for 29 years and focus on delivering the highest quality used kids gear available. If you’re in town, visit us at 1720 N 45th Street, Seattle, WA 98105.
Are used clothes as nice as new ones?
Only items that are in great condition pass our standards, so we think you’ll love them just as much as anything you’d buy new. If you find any wear that we missed, we will happily credit you for the item, just reach out to our friendly customer experience team at [email protected]!
How does your wardrobe subscription work?
You can always buy boxes as you need them, or you can sign up for a seasonal subscription.

If you want to join our seasonal subscription, just visit your account page (https://kidson45th.com/account) and turn the switch for Seasonal Delivery ON.

When you sign up for seasonal wardrobes, you will receive a delivery in advance of each changing season, 4 times a year. The wardrobes can be paused or canceled, and have no styling or monthly/quarterly fees. Before each wardrobe ships, we will send you a reminder to update your child’s size and review and change the items in your shipment. If you are subscribed, you can still purchase mid-season boxes whenever you want.
Will I automatically be billed for next season's wardrobe?
If you are not signed up for seasonal deliveries, you will only be billed when you place an order. If you opt in to seasonal subscription, you will be billed when we begin preparing your wardrobe. We will reach out to you at the beginning of each season to remind you to build and customize a wardrobe, and you can always skip or cancel with no hidden fees as long as you do it before the order ships.
Can I see the clothes I'm getting before my shipment?
The surprise is part of the fun! Each wardrobe is uniquely curated by stylists on demand, so we are not able to preview the wardrobes.
How do I make changes to my order or subscription?

What brands will be in my wardrobe?
You can expect mix of brands, ranging from bigger brands like Carters and Garanimals to brands like Gap, OshKosh, and boutique. You may even get brands you’ve never heard of! Part of the fun is seeing what you get.
How do you source your clothing?
We get great discounted new and used items from our store in Seattle, as well as through partnerships with other stores and distributors throughout the US.
How often will I receive wardrobes?
If you subscribe to seasonal delivery, we offer new seasonal wardrobes 4 times a year, right before seasonal changes and back to school. If you’re a subscriber, you can always opt to order a mid-season box, wait a month, or skip a delivery with no additional fees.
How does billing work?
We will charge your credit card on file or PayPal for the amount of your customized box as soon as you place the order, less any discounts or coupon codes.
I don't like an item in my wardrobe, can I return it?
We want you to LOVE your wardrobe! Because our items are priced so low, we don’t typically accept returns but we’re here to help make it right. Email [email protected] and we’ll get you taken care of!
One of my items has a stain or flaw. What do I do?
Email [email protected] with a short description of the issue and a photo if possible. We’ll get you taken care of!
I'm a consignor at the Kids on 45th Seattle store. Can I use my credit for a subscription?
You bet! Email [email protected] and we’ll get you set up.
How does your referral program work?
We love sharing the love! For every order placed by a new Kids on 45th customer, you'll get $10 credit and they'll get $10 off. Minimum purchase is $35 and must be a new customer, one per household. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts and orders will be canceled without notice.
